AI-SEO-Radar (aiseo.megzo.biz) is an AI answer-engine visibility audit service, operated by ICS4BIZ & IT SRL, Str. II. Rákóczi Ferenc nr. 84, Odorheiu Secuiesc, jud. Harghita, tax ID (CUI) 40365405 (“we”).

The service analyzes public content of the site you specify and produces a score, evidence-backed findings and recommendations. By starting an audit you confirm you have the right to request an analysis of that site.

The instant audit is free. The Pro Report and Implementation are one-time purchases; Monitoring is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled.

The prices shown are final and no VAT is collected. Payments are processed by Stripe or Revolut; subscriptions exclusively through Stripe.

The Pro Report is delivered digitally, usually within minutes of payment confirmation. By purchasing, you request immediate performance and acknowledge that once the report is delivered, the 14-day right of withdrawal is lost for the digital content supplied (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, transposed in Romania by GEO 34/2014).

You can cancel the Monitoring subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

For the Implementation service, the timeline and terms of execution are confirmed by email after the order is placed.

The score and recommendations reflect the state of your site at the time of the audit and the public standards documented in our methodology. AI engine behavior changes frequently and is outside our control: we do not guarantee rankings, mentions in AI answers, or traffic growth.

Checks marked as speculative are reported for information only and do not affect the score.

Do not use the service on sites you have no authority over or the owner's consent for, to overload third-party infrastructure, or for abusive data extraction. We reserve the right to limit or suspend access in cases of abuse.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, data loss, reputational damage).

The reports generated for you are yours, and you may use them freely for your own purposes. The methodology, the software and the AI-SEO-Radar brand remain our property.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes are settled by the competent courts of Odorheiu Secuiesc, without affecting your consumer rights in your country of residence. The EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
