The AI-SEO-Radar service (aiseo.megzo.biz) is operated by ICS4BIZ & IT SRL, registered office at Str. II. Rákóczi Ferenc nr. 84, ap. 1, Odorheiu Secuiesc, 535600, jud. Harghita, România, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J19/308/2023, tax ID (CUI) 40365405. Data protection contact: forint@megzo.biz.

Data you provide: the address of the audited site, your email address (optional for the free audit; required for accounts and purchases), and billing details when you buy.

Data generated by the service: audit results (public content of the analyzed site, HTML captures, scores, findings), transcripts of the questions sent to AI models, and technical logs (IP address, request timestamp) used for security and abuse prevention.

We do not process card data: payments are handled entirely by Stripe or Revolut.

Providing the audit and reports; performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Sending the report by email; consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

Sign-in and account administration; performance of a contract.

Security, abuse prevention, technical logs; legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Invoicing and accounting obligations; legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).

Cloudflare, Inc.; hosting, storage and delivery of transactional emails.

Stripe, Inc. and Revolut Bank UAB; payment processing.

OpenAI, Google and Perplexity; receive only the probe questions generated from the audited site's public content; we do not send them users' personal data.

We do not sell personal data and we do not profile users for advertising purposes.

Some of the providers above process data outside the EEA (for example in the United States). Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Audit results: for as long as the account is active or, for audits without an account, at most 12 months.

Sign-in links: 15 minutes. Sessions: 30 days.

Invoicing documents: as required by law (10 years).

Technical logs: at most 30 days.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting prior processing. Write to us at forint@megzo.biz and we will respond within 30 days.

If you believe the processing is unlawful, you can lodge a complaint with the ANSPDCP (Romania's National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, dataprotection.ro) or with the authority in your country of residence.

We use a single strictly necessary cookie (the sign-in session, “sid”, httpOnly). We use no marketing or tracking cookies and we load no third-party analytics scripts.
